YesNo allows users to participate in opinion and question-based events with real-money wagers. This refund policy outlines the scenarios where you may receive a refund for your wagers.

In YesNo, the wager amount is the amount of money you choose to invest in your prediction for an event's outcome. It refers to the real money you use to play on 'Yes' or 'No' for a specific question or opinion.
Here's a breakdown of the wager amount in YesNo:
- Choosing Your Stake: You decide how much real money you want to risk on your prediction. This is your wager amount.
- Risk and Reward: The wager amount is the potential loss you face if your prediction is wrong. However, if your prediction is correct, you'll get your wager amount back along with any potential profits based on the chosen price point.
- Refunds: Unmatched wagers (where your price doesn't meet another user's) or cancelled events will result in a full refund of your wager amount.
Remember, platform fees are applied to your wagers and are non-refundable.
- If your chosen price point ('Yes' or 'No') doesn't match with another user's price point at the event's conclusion, the wager amount will be refunded to your YesNo e-wallet.
- This applies to the entire wager amount if none of your chosen quantities are matched.
- In cases of partial matches (where only some of your chosen quantities are matched), the remaining unmatched amount will be refunded.
- YesNo reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all wagers placed on the cancelled event will be refunded to your YesNo e-wallet.
- Platform fees associated with your wagers are non-refundable.
- Winnings from successful wagers are not refundable.
- Any wagers placed after an event's conclusion are non-refundable.
- When withdrawing funds from your YesNo e-wallet to your bank account, any applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
